Der einzige Unterschied zwischen dem Administrator und einem Vollmitglied besteht in der Zahlung des Jahresbeitrags (siehe Tabelle der Zugangsrechte für Mitglieder unten).

Es gibt eine Reihe von Fällen, in denen Sie die Administratorfunktion ändern möchten.

FALL 1: Sie möchten die Rollen mit jemandem aus Ihrer Mitgliedergruppe tauschen.

KASTEN 2: Verkaufte Immobilie oder Sie sind nicht mehr beteiligt.

Option A:

Wenn die Person, die Sie zum Verwalter der Immobilie machen möchten, bereits Mitglied ist, müssen Sie sie zunächst als Mitglied der Immobilie löschen, denn Sie können nicht sowohl den Verwalter als auch ein Vollzugriffsmitglied mit derselben E-Mail / demselben Benutzernamen haben.

Loggen Sie sich dazu auf sharedkey.com ein, gehen Sie zu Ihrem Profilnamen, wählen Sie \"Eigenschaften\" aus dem Dropdown-Menü und gehen Sie dann für jede Eigenschaft zu \"Mitglieder\" und löschen Sie dieses Mitglied aus den Eigenschaften.

Der zweite Schritt besteht darin, Ihre Profildaten zu ändern. Klicken Sie dazu auf Ihren Profilnamen und wählen Sie \"Mein Profil\" aus dem Dropdown-Menü.

Auf der Seite \"Profil bearbeiten\" können Sie alle relevanten Angaben ändern, d. h. den Namen, die Telefonnummer, die E-Mail-Adresse / den Benutzernamen des neuen Administrators sowie ein Passwort, mit dem er sich anmelden (und das er vermutlich später ändern) kann. Siehe Screenshots unten.

Sie können dann Ihre Kreditkartenzahlungsmethode für automatische Verlängerungen entfernen, indem Sie auf der Seite Abrechnung & Abonnement auf "Abonnement kündigen" klicken.

Dies hat zur Folge, dass Ihre automatische Verlängerungszahlungsmethode vom Konto entfernt wird. Bitte beachten Sie: Das Konto bleibt bis zum Ablaufdatum aktiv. Sobald sich der neue Verwalter anmeldet, kann er auf der Seite Abrechnung & Abonnement für jede Immobilie zur Abrechnung gehen und diese Immobilienkonten mit seinen Kreditkartendaten aktualisieren, um die nächste Verlängerung zu aktivieren.

Option B:

Melden Sie sich bei sharedkey.com an, gehen Sie zu Ihrem Profilnamen, wählen Sie \"Eigenschaften\" aus dem Dropdown-Menü und wählen Sie dann \"Eigenschaft entfernen\" und bestätigen Sie dies. Ihr Kreditkartenzahlungsprofil für diese Konten wird automatisch gelöscht und Sie werden nicht mehr belastet. Sie behalten Ihre E-Mail-Adresse / Ihren Benutzernamen für SharedKey, aber Sie werden keine Immobilien mehr haben, die mit Ihrem Konto verbunden sind, bis Sie eine Immobilie hinzufügen, Sie als Mitglied hinzugefügt oder als Gast eingeladen werden.
