Unser System kann die Ausgaben nur hochladen, wenn sie in einem Tabellenformat vorliegen, das nach Monat und Kategorie geordnet ist. Die Monatsdaten müssen in der ersten Zeile des Arbeitsblatts erscheinen und das folgende Excel-Standard-Datumsformat verwenden: jjjj-mm-tt. Die Kategorien müssen in der ersten Spalte stehen. Bitte beachten Sie das nachstehende Beispiel:

Sie können bei jedem Upload Daten für bis zu 12 Monate (d. h. ein Jahr auf einmal) einfügen. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie diese Datei im Format Comma Separated Values (.csv) speichern. Wählen Sie nach dem Speichern einfach diese Datei zum Hochladen aus.

Sobald Sie Ihre CSV-Datei hochgeladen haben, werden Sie aufgefordert, den Kategorienamen der Importdatei mit dem Namen der SharedKey-Kategorie abzugleichen, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Daten korrekt an die richtige Stelle hochgeladen werden.
