Auf der Registerkarte \"Mieteinnahmen\" können Sie den Betrag verfolgen, den Ihre Immobilie aus Vermietungen einbringt.

Wenn ein Mieter in Ihrer Immobilie übernachtet, können Sie eine Aufzeichnung vornehmen, indem Sie den Namen des Mieters, sein An- und Abreisedatum und den Mietpreis pro Nacht eingeben. Unser System berechnet automatisch die Mieteinnahmen auf der Grundlage der Anzahl der Tage und des Preises pro Nacht der Buchung.

Außerdem können Sie in der Spalte \"Mieteinnahmen\" einen festen Mietbetrag für einen bestimmten Zeitraum eingeben, woraufhin eine Rückrechnung erfolgt, um den Preis pro Nacht zu ermitteln.

Sie können weitere Gebühren hinzufügen (z. B. Reinigungsgebühren), die dann zu Ihrer Zwischensumme hinzugefügt werden. Sie können dann den Steuersatz (in %) eingeben, der automatisch berechnet und zu Ihrer Gesamtsumme hinzugefügt wird. Klicken Sie auf das grüne Häkchen, um Ihre Eingabe zu bestätigen.

Es gibt eine hilfreiche Sortierfunktion, um die Liste der Einträge nach dem Namen des Mieters, dem Ankunfts- oder Abreisedatum anzuzeigen. Klicken Sie einfach auf die Überschriften dieser Spalten, und die Tabelle sortiert sie automatisch.
